SY-HDBT-231-100 is a HDBaseT Splitter with 2x HDMI Inputs and 3x HDBaseT Outputs (4K @70m/ 1080P @100m) plus 1 x HDMI Output. The HDBT-231-100 provides a selection from one of two HDMI input sources then distributes that selection to all outputs simultaneously. Extensive signal management/ control including auto switching, HDCP and EDID and Full RS232 distribution and control.
HDBaseT Outputs - All three outputs transmit 4K@30Hz UHD video signals to 70M and 1080p to 100M over CAT6A. For effortless installation we would recommend our HDBT-100SE-R HDBaseT receivers.
iPoC - Only one PSU is required at Transmitter to power all Receivers. The iPoC (intelligent Power over Cable) system ensures the power is made available only if the device is iPoC compatible. For example, the HDBT-231-100 will not apply 48V power to a projector with HDBaseT input, ensuring safe operation.
Auto Switching - Will switch to the last input connected or can switch back to a live input when a current input is removed.
RS232 Control port - A dedicated RS232 CTL port for control of the unit itself, and in addition this port allows the advanced feature of being able to address each HDBaseT Output independently. This allows full bi-directional communication of all remote devices. Each HDBaseT Output can be independently set to handle specific Baud rates up to 115200. This offers ultimate flexible control of 1 x RS232 port to control 3 unique remote devices
RS232 Pass Through - RS232 port for broadcast of unaltered commands. Response messages are returned from HDBT output 1
IR Pass through - Bi-directional IR ports offer extra scope for added flexibility via the HDBaseT Ports. This gives Local control of the remote displays or remote control of a local device.
EDID -The extensive EDID management facility can ensure the video source is optimised to suit the installation. for quick EDID set up there are DIP switches on front panel or for more comprehensive EDID control you can use RS232-CTL port.
HDCP Management - Support and ‘Management of HDCP’ ensures compatibility. You can convert from HDCP 2.2 down to HDCP 1.4, or simply put the unit into Cascade Mode - No more HDCP issues. This Mode may also speed up switching speeds.
De-embedded Audio L+R analogue PCM 2.0 channel audio will be sent out from the currently selected input device.
This device is also available in a 70m Version HDBT-231-70.
These HDBaseT Splitters are highly configurable to suit a variety of commercial install applications including Receptions and Waiting Rooms, Retail, Transport Hubs, Hospitality, Training Rooms.
