SY, SY-AD-18G - 4K 18 Gbps, HDMI 2.0 Coax S/PDIF, L/R & Balanced Audio Extractor/De-Embedder

The AD-18G is a HDMI 18G de-embedder, compatible with HDMI 2.0, 4K60 4:4:4 (18Gbps), HDR, EDID and CEC pass-through. 

In 2Ch mode, it de-embeds the audio simultaneously to all 3 audio outputs (Balance stereo, unbalanced & Coaxial S/PDIF). 

In Bitstream mode, the audio is de-embedded only to the Coax S/PDIF.

Although it accepts HDCP 1.4/2.2 on the input, it always outputs HDCP 1.4, to ensure that even legacy equipment can receive a valid signal.

With AD-18g you could divert the Audio signal out to the AVR for Surround Sound processing, while transmitting the Video signal further up the chain and onto the Home Cinema Projector.

To ease installation, all inputs are on one side, with all outputs on the opposite side.

Mounting brackets are part of the design, to enable fitting to rack shelves, TV brackets, AV credenzas and furniture.

The unit is suitable for mounting behind other equipment, thanks to its compact design and form factor.

The ability to pass 4K signals is imperative in today's world of Hi-Def cinema, therefore, the AD-18G is good choice for connecting up a UHD Blu-ray source via an AVR to a Laser Projector.
