XCALIBUR 11U – HDMI 2.0 & USB 2.0 EXTENDER(18G) 

The Xcalibur 11U extender set comprises of 1x HX-11U Transmitter and 1x HX-11U Receiver unit which connect together over Cat6 cable. Extend HDMI 2.0 video signals at 4K60 4:4:4 (18Gbps) up to 120m and 1080p up to 150m. Also extends USB 2.0 data up to a maximum of 100m. Only one PSU is required to power both Transmitter and Receiver.  This innovative range of extender, incorporating HX technology is packed with class leading features found throughout the Xcalibur series including bi-directional IR, PoC, control of EDID and Auto HDCP. Ideal for almost any scenario that requires a cost effective means of high quality, robust HDMI and USB extension up to 150m, including Education, Digital Signage, Offices and Meeting Rooms, and Residential settings.

HDMI Extension – It will transmit HDMI 2.0 video signals to 150m @1080p or 120m @4K60 4:4:4 over a Cat6 cable.

USB Extension – The Xcalibur 11U supports USB 2.0 up to 100m, at distances up to 170Mbps max. 

The Transmitter has a USB Type-B port to connect to a computer.

2 USB 2.0 ports – The Receiver has 2x USB-A ports for connecting devices including KVM, Mass Storage, camera and other peripheral devices. 

HDR – The Xcalibur product range supports HDR, HDR10, HDR10+, HLG and Dolby vision.

Auto Down Scaling – The Transmitter unit has a built in Automatic Down-Scaler. 4k signals will be scaled down to 1080p while retaining the Refresh Rate, (frame rates are always preserved). As an example, a 4K60Hz source can be displayed on a 1080p60Hz display automatically.

HDCP Control – Compliant with HDCP v1.4 and v2.2 with Automatic HDCP control.

EDID Management – As well Auto mode, there is a front panel DIP switch to set to 1080p mode.

Audio Support – Pass through of audio signals up to 7.1 channels for connection to a surround sound system with an HDMI input.

Control – The Xcalibur 11U is equipped with pass-through bi-directional IR ports to control equipment at either end, for instance the Display screen or Input Source equipment.

CEC Control – The device will pass through all CEC commands from input to output.

PoC – (Power over Cable) Only one PSU is required to power both Transmitter and Receiver unit. The PoC system lets the installer choose to connect the 24V DC power supply at either end.
