KS-Audio, C12 - 12"/3" HDSP™ technology loudspeaker

The C 12 is an addition to the compact 2-way systems of the KS AUDIO C series, featuring its compact dimensions and the unique directional sensitivity of HDSP technology. The result is a consistently even, high-quality audio dispersion with the highest sound pressure level, while maintaining the lowest possible weight. The power is equivalent to this quality: the 10'' long-throw low-mid speaker can handle 800 Wrms, and the 1.4'' driver can handle 100 Wrms.

Special attention has been given to a correct transition in the dispersion of the HF driver and the 12" woofer in the C12. Throughout the entire dispersion range of the C12, the listener experiences a flat frequency response across the entire bandwidth of the speaker. This is unique for any speaker, but particularly remarkable with the complex dispersion behavior of the C12.

Both the 12" LF driver and the 1.4" HF driver are equipped with strong yet lightweight neodymium magnets. The 3" diaphragm of the compression driver is made from a special aluminum alloy with a significantly lower distortion factor compared to a titanium diaphragm. With the C12, KS AUDIO has responded to the demanding needs of the professional sound engineer with a universally applicable 2-way sound system that offers the highest audio quality while still being compact in size. The C12 can be used for many applications: theater, live music, in large spaces or tents, as a delay system for distant locations, or as a compact mid/high system in combination with any KS AUDIO subwoofer.
